Meet Our Founder
Dr. Gail Dickens
Dr. Gail D. Dickens is the lead Pastor of New Life Fellowship Church in Olivia, NC. She began the ministry in 1976 and has functioned in every aspect of the ministry from administrative director, assistant pastor, youth director, praise and worship leader, taught praise and worship seminars.

Her ministry has taken her around the world preaching the Gospel and Church planting. In Lusaka, Zambia she has established numerous churches throughout the region.
​
Dr. Dickens has been successful in prison ministries since 1996. In 2014, she joined in the John Maxwell team as a certified coach, speaker and mentor. Gail offers leadership training, mastermind groups, lunch and learn sessions.
​
In 2014, Dr. Dickens founded the Present-Day Truth Bible College offering an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies and other Certificate Programs.
​
Dr. Dickens holds a Doctrine of Theology from Bethel Bible College and has authored three books, The Tabernacle of Moses, I Am The Lord That Heals You and Foundational Truths.

Gail and her husband, Danny, have two children, Jefferey and Danielle, son-in law, Jason and grandson, J.J.

The prayer and heart cry of Dr. Gail D. Dickens is that all come to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Meet Our Dean of Students
Simone Macklin
Simone Macklin has been faithfully serving PDTBC as Dean of Students since 2018. She is an ordained minister who serves within various functions of ministry to include PDTBC instructor, executive administrative assistant & office administrator, praise & worship team member, food bank coordinator, children’s church & youth leader. She holds a master’s degree in education and has a servant’s heart to care for the body of Christ.
